The best – and tastiest – way to start your morning is with yogurt and granola that is rich in vitamins, minerals and nutritious fibers. Simply add Mankai to your favorite yogurt and fruit, and enjoy a wealth of health!
Here's what you need:
For the granola:
-
4 defrosted Mankai superballs
-
2½ cup of thick oatmeal oats
-
½ cup of sunflower seeds
-
½ cup of pumpkin seeds
-
1 cup of your favorite nuts (walnuts, pecans, cashew, hazelnuts)
-
A spoon of cinnamon (optional)
-
½ cup natural maple syrup
-
¼ cup coconut oil
For the yogurt:
-
1 Mankai superball
-
1 standard-sized yogurt (choose the brand you love)
Let's get started:
-
Heat your baking oven to 170 degrees (Celsius). Place parchment paper in a baking dish.
-
Mix all the ingredients with the defrosted Mankai in a large bowl, except for the coconut oil and maple syrup.
-
Add the coconut oil and maple syrup, and mix until everything is covered with oil and syrup.
-
Pour the mix into the baking dish and flatten until achieving a thin unified layer.
-
Bake for half an hour. Open the oven and give the mixture a quick blend with a wooden spoon. Close the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes. Let cool.
After cooling, blend your yogurt with a defrosted Mankai superball, add the granola – and enjoy!
