Here is what you need

  • 1 scoop (5g) Mankai powder

  • ½ cup dill

  • ½ cup fresh mint

  • ½ cup parsley

  • ⅓ cup basil

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 2 green onions (scallions), chopped

  • 1½ tsp lemon juice

  • Salt, to taste

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil

  • ½ cup feta cheese

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise (optional)

Let’s get started

  1. In a food processor, blend the herbs, garlic, green onions, lemon juice, and salt. While blending, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until smooth.

  2. Add the feta cheese and blend until creamy.

  3. Fold in (or briefly blend) the Greek yogurt and Mankai powder until well combined.

  4. For an even richer and creamier dip, stir in the mayonnaise.

Serve as a dip with fresh vegetables, crackers, or pita, or use it as a spread for sandwiches and wraps.
