This version of tzatziki gets a healthy Mankai boost, without losing a drop of great flavor.
Here's what you need:

2 defrosted Mankai superballs

300 grams of goat yogurt

1 minced garlic clove

1 diced or grated cucumber

A handful of diced dill leaves

A handful of diced mint leaves

30 grams of olive oil
