This version of tzatziki gets a healthy Mankai boost, without losing a drop of great flavor.


Here's what you need:

  • 2 defrosted Mankai superballs

  • 300 grams of goat yogurt

  • 1 minced garlic clove

  • 1 diced or grated cucumber

  • A handful of diced dill leaves

  • A handful of diced mint leaves

  • 30 grams of olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Let's get started:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season to taste.

  2. Serve alongside chopped vegetables, pita bread, toast or nachos.
