3.5 OZ. SEMOLINA WHEAT FOR PASTA

5.3 OZ. WHITE WHEAT FLOUR FOR PASTA

2.5 OZ. BEATEN WHOLE EGGS

2 FROZEN MANKAI CUBES

 

HOW TO
MAKE IT:

STEP 1

Put dry ingredients and defrosted Mankai into pasta machine (extruder) and mix until homogenous

 

STEP 2

Add liquids and continue the process to produce your choice of Mankai pasta
