A healthy and balanced meal for the entire family, courtesy of Ariel Ben-Hemo Barieli's amazing recipe, which pairs a vegan oat tortilla with Mankai.

Here's what you need for 6 tortillas:

·   2 Mankai superballs

·   1 cup of oatmeal oats or oat flour

·   1 cup of lentil flour/spelt flour/whole wheat flour

·   2 spoons of olive oil

·   1 spoon of oregano

·   1 tablespoon of garlic powder

·   ¼ tablespoon of chili

·   2 cups of sugar-free soy milk

Let's get started:

1.    Use a high-quality food processor to grind the oats into flour (or simply use oat flour).

2.    Add all the tortilla ingredients and grind until achieving a smooth texture.

3.    Heat a large non-stick pan until it is very, very hot! It is very important that it be very hot.

4.    Pour the batter into the center of the pan, and tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly. The tortilla should not be thin.

5.    Flip the tortilla as soon as it changes color, and continue to cook for another 30 seconds.

A tip from Ariel:
Feel free to use almond milk or any other milk you have at home.
